This project begins with the 4th street block containing historic brick structures in the heart of downtown Loveland. These buildings have a rich history dating back to the mid-1800s and are known best for a half-century as the Draper Drugstore. Now vacant, the Tribe team along with Tryba Architects, BH Developers, Hardy Investments, and the City of Loveland have developed a solution that brings new life to these much-loved buildings and offers long-lasting retail and living opportunities for the community. Art and nature are cornerstones to the DNA of The Draper, creating a curated experience completely unique to the city.
