As a region and city grows, so does the need for uniquely curated spaces for the community and visitors alike. In partnership with Visit Fort Collins, Tribe researched and proposed a feasibility study for a new conference/event space in Fort Collins. Through collaboration with city planners, developers, hospitality, and tourism professionals we identified the vision for the city’s hospitality goals and the needs of visiting conventions and events. These findings informed our real estate recommendation for location, size, use of space, design, transportation, and more.
